The Living Memorial Sculpture Garden will hold its Veterans Day Ceremony on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 11 am. Ceremony will be held at the LMSG Hot LZ Wall. This ceremony will honor veterans who have served our country during war, conflicts, and peacetime. Newly engraved names of veterans will be read and dedicated. The LMSG is located on Hwy 97 approximately 13 miles north of Weed, California.
Master of Ceremonies will be Robert Menzies, Veteran and Board member. The program speaker will be Charles Schmidt, local Kiwanian and Past PNW Lt. Governor. Marine Corp League, Siskiyou Detachment 936, will be the Color Guard for the ceremony. Names of veterans dedicated on this day will be read by Suzanne Breceda and Robert Menzies.
Please bring your own seating. All parking is on the periphery of the parking lot of the two Walls. Port-a-potties will be provided. Please, for the safety of all, including pets, keep all pets on a short leash.
